1. Freshness and Expiry
- All Bentoza products, including bento boxes and fruit boxes, are freshly prepared on the day of delivery.
- Our products are perishable and have a one-day shelf life. We recommend consuming them on the same day for the best experience.
- Bentoza is not responsible for any product quality concerns if consumed beyond the recommended time frame.
2. Product Availability
- Our menu is subject to availability. While we strive to keep all products in stock, certain items may be unavailable due to seasonal availability or supply issues.
- In case a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately, and you may choose an alternative or cancel the order for a full refund.
3. Product Information
- We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of all our products. However, the actual presentation and portion sizes may vary slightly due to preparation methods and ingredient availability.
- Any specific dietary needs or allergies should be disclosed in the "Special Instructions" section during checkout. While we take utmost care, Bentoza cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Bentoza reserves the right to modify product pricing at any time without prior notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
- Payment must be made in full before the order is processed. We accept a range of secure payment methods.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been confirmed and processed, due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products.
- If you need to make any urgent changes, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee changes after confirmation.
6. Delivery Terms
- We deliver within Mumbai and strive to meet the 30-minute delivery promise, but delivery times may vary depending on traffic and other factors.
- Bentoza is not liable for any delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control, including traffic congestion, weather, or technical issues.
7. Returns andΒ Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- If you have concerns about the product quality or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
