Our products have a maximun of two-day expiry. Bentoza shall not be responsible for any products consumed after the expiry date.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Bentoza aims to deliver products within 30 minutes of placing an order, depending on the delivery location within Mumbai.

We currently deliver only within Titwala, Ambivli, Shahad, Kalyan, Dombivli, Thane. Bentoza reserves the right to change or limit delivery areas based on operational feasibility.

Bentoza will not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or third-party logistics issues.

Shipping Policy

2. LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery throughout Mumbai for all Bentoza products.

Our primary distribution channels include physical stores near high-traffic areas such as crowded areas pre existing shops with tie-up's, as well as our online platform, which allows customers to place orders via our website.
We offer two main product categories:
1. Meal Boxes: Bento-style meal boxes featuring Indian, Japanese, and global cuisines.
2. Fruit Boxes: Ready-to-eat fruit boxes containing freshly cut fruit, available for immediate consumption.
Our business operates offline through partner stores across Mumbai and online via our Shopify website, allowing customers to make purchases directly. We ensure high standards of hygiene, premium packaging, and fast delivery to meet customer expectations.
Use Case of Payment Gateway:
We will be using Razorpay to process online payments from customers who place orders via our website (www.bentoza.org) and Shopify store.
